My individual original paintings and work are listed with the prints of that same work. By default, the original appears first. Because they are original and unique paintings, they will be more expensive as one-of-a-kind pieces. They will have textural effects not seen or felt in the prints. As well, the canvases are 1.5" or .75" deep and are painted on the sides in what is called gallery-wrapped canvas whereby, no frame is necessary. I have provided photos of the canvas front, details, views of the sides and back of the signed canvas. To get a sense of the scale of the originals, try looking at them in "Wall Preview" mode. The originals are packed and shipped by me directly to you. (Please see shipping facts below).
The prints of my paintings give you, the viewer, more options to acquire my work. By default, the original appears first once you click on the image in the galleries. You have options of the medium support to decide whether to have the image printed on various papers, canvas or metal. Next, decide on sizes for your selection. Try looking at the work in "Wall Preview" mode to make your decision. Lastly, you choose the style of framing for your selection. The pricing is automatically updated to reflect your choices. Once your make your purchase, your requirements are then given to my print vendor who handles my printing, packing and shipping to you. (Please see shipping facts for my vendor below).
Sizing Decisions: Not only can you take advantage of the "Wall Preview" tool, but you also have the "Live Preview AR" tool. The AR stands for Augmented Reality. When you click that button while on your cell phone or tablet, you can see how that print will look on your wall. You can change the size and medium to make sure you get the exact fit for your wall. You just have to make sure you are standing 10' from the wall.
ORIGINALS: All original paintings are shipped free in the U.S. by USPS or UPS. All shipping costs and insurance are included in the price. If expedited shipping or another carrier is preferred, you must contact me to make arrangements and pay the additional cost. All work is shipped out within 5 business days of purchase and you will receive a tracking number and email from me as soon as your work is shipped. All
shipping is from the U.S. and foreign clients will be responsible
for paying all applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their paintings. Clients will need to contact me directly through the website to arrange and pay for shipping: email@example.com.
PRINTS: Shipping on open ended prints is controlled by the Print On Demand Service I use. Purchases are usually shipped in a timely manner. If you have any concerns, please feel free to email or call! My vendor does their best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. You can upgrade to priority production for $9.50, creating expedited production of your order. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.
ORIGINALS: You should be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email me with your order number and description of the issue: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you must make this request no more than 14 days after delivery of the work. If the return of the work is due to your dissatisfaction with your purchase, and is returned in good condition, you can receive a full refund (not including shipping), but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% cancellation fee. Please do the following:
Take a clear photo of the art and of the shipping container after the art is packaged up.
Email the photos to me at: email@example.com with a subject title of: “Art return” (This protects you by verifying that the art arrived to you in good condition and was properly protected upon return.)
In the email, include your order number and the artist inventory number, which can be found on the back or on the Certificate of Authenticity. A brief description of the reason for the return is helpful so I can correct problems on my end and help avoid problems in the future. I will email further instructions to you.
All items must be returned in the original packaging material. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and the item must be insured for the purchase amount.
The credit, replacement, or refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned package.
If your original art is damaged in shipment, please email me your order number, take a clear photo of the damaged art and shipping container, and a brief description of the issue: firstname.lastname@example.org., and you will receive a refund after the insurance claim is filed. Please do the following:

In the email, include your order number and artist inventory number. Please include a brief description of the damage and whether you would like the piece to be repaired (if possible), replaced, or refunded. You will receive an email with further instructions.
If the piece is damaged, you will receive a refund after the insurance claim is filed.
PRINTS: We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact email@example.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for any order that is canceled or exchanged.
